If you would like to book our adapted bungalow, select your required options and your dates will be provisionally booked. We will then send an email confirming your booking and a request for a deposit to be paid. The deposit must be paid within 48hrs of receiving our email or your selected dates will be released. The balance will be due 8 weeks before your arrival date.
Your chosen dates will only be confirmed once the deposit has been paid, this is confirmation that you agree to our terms and conditions and house rules. Both are emailed out to you as attachments to the booking confirmed email but can also be found on our website so you can read prior to booking. A £150 damage deposit will also be requested this will be returned to you once the property has been vacated as long as it has been left in the condition it was found.
Whilst our booking deposit is non refundable we do understand that many people with complex health conditions can become ill at any time. We promise to do our utmost to rebook your reservation therefore we may be able to offer some form of refund minus fees in line with our terms and conditions. Contact us directly to discuss any issues at the earliest possible time.
Please note that unfortunately we do not accept dogs or pets.
We do not have an EV charger at the property and using any other type of lead to charge your vehicle is strictly forbidden for insurance purposes. There are many charging points on the island, the nearest being at Asda less than a mile away.
