Points to consider prior to booking

We hope to be transparent as we do not want anyone to be disappointed with their holiday. We want people to enjoy the property, experience the natural beauty of North Wales and create memories to last a lifetime.

  • Due to health conditions we are unable to accept dogs or pets

  • We are remote owners who live over 2 hours away, therefore the parking area and rear fire exit door (facing out to the road) have security light cameras. They are in place so we can keep the property and vehicles secure. There are NO cameras on the garden communal entertaining area or anywhere inside the property. The cameras will be switched off once you have arrived safely and we will also provide a cover for you to cover them should you wish.

  • The bungalow is located on a reasonably busy A road. We chose this location due to accessibly and the wealth of local amenities on the doorstep. There is some noise from the road but to counter this, the property has been fitted with acoustic windows and we have created a beautiful covered seating/dining area at the bottom of the garden away from the road.

  • There is no electric vehicle charging facility at the Property. You are not permitted to use a portable domestic charger (also known as a ‘granny charger’ or a ‘trickle charger’) to charge your vehicle from a socket at the Property (indoors or anywhere on the Property). There are many charging points on the island. The closest being less than a mile away. Our electricity supplier provides us with a notification if there is a surge in usage.

  • We are unable to allow guests to bring use their own portable heaters at the property. Such items are considered an increased fire risk and may void any insurance policy's and breach fire regulations.
